Tania was extremely generous and spread positivity and kindness to everyone she encountered. She had the most beautiful smile with the whitest teeth! She was feisty with the quick comebacks! She loved to stay active. A ‘Husky Dog Mom’, she had a deep love for her dogs, Mika and Kylo, often taking them for walks and visits to the park. She contributed to animal shelters as well as Veteran charities. Passionate about huskies in particular, she participated in fundraising activities to support rescue organizations or assist with animal transports. She cherished family traditions, such as making Christmas cookies, and enjoyed relaxing outdoors in the sun, listening to alternative music such as the Foo Fighters, one of her favorite groups.
Spending decades in Satellite Communications during her professional career, Tania took great pride in her role as a Division Chief for the Wideband Integration Center at Tobyhanna Army Depot. She led the team with compassion and dignity. Tania took pride in her work and the work of her team. Throughout her service, she had the opportunity to travel internationally and share her extensive experience with the Satellite Communications community.
She was cherished by everyone fortunate enough to know her, and her passing leaves an irreplaceable void in our hearts. As a sister, she was a rare and precious gem. She embodied all the best qualities a partner could possess: unparalleled kindness and boundless love. No rescued animal could have wished for a more dedicated and loving mother.
