Jeff dreamed of a day when enough data and insights could be captured and integrated into healthcare systems so that not only individual patients but entire communities could take preventive action and receive care plans tailored to their specific needs. Even near the end of his life, he remained passionate about sharing this vision and advancing patient care models that could proactively reduce healthcare costs while improving outcomes.
