ill was born, raised and educated in Montreal, Canada. As an adult he moved to the U.S. where he lived and worked in several locations including Denver, Colorado, Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Columbia, South Carolina.

Bill had a very active and inquisitive mind which led him to learn about many religions, cultures and ways of life in different parts of the world. He took a great interest in the exploration of space and the wonder of what lies beyond our present knowledge of the earth’s galaxy.

He is sadly missed and fondly remembered by his parents, four sisters and many friends.
