| The Explorers Flight will pay a final
tribute to participants from all walks of life and from around the
world: the US, UK, Holland, Germany, Austria, Russia, France, Italy,
India, Japan, Canada, and Australia.
Some were aerospace professionals. Yet others were accountants,
geologists, homemakers, students, doctors or musicians. Although
diverse in career or culture, all shared an interest in space and
a passion for life.
We invite you to read the biographies of those on the Explorers
Flight. Some of our participants and/or their families have
opted for privacy. The biographies presented here include many,
but not all, of the launch participants.

Space and Time!
Now I see it is true, what I guess'd at,
What I guess'd when I loaf'd on the grass,
What I guess'd when I lay alone in my bed,
And again as I walk'd the beach under the paling
stars of the morning.
Walt Whitman
