price of your chosen memorial spaceflight service. Your funds
are fully protected by the Celestis Pre-paid Trust Funded Contract
with Forethought Federal Savings Bank. Your trust account is under
your name, under your control, regulated by the Texas Department of
Banking, and annually audited. Celestis is licensed to sell prepaid
funeral benefit contracts, which are governed by Texas Finance Code
154 and Chapter 25 of the Texas Administrative Code. These regulations
are enforced by the Texas Department of Banking. |

| Easy to arrange |
You’ll find that our services are easy to arrange and convenient
for your family. At the time of passing, we will provide a Flight
Sampling Kit to your family or funeral home (as you direct) so that
we may fly a symbolic portion of your cremated remains on your chosen
mission. We will also invite your friends and family members to the
launch-related events for your mission, and permanently post your
biography in the Memorial Section of our Web site. |
